Returns or Exchanges
Our policy is such that if a product needs to be returned due to defects or exchanged, we require you to send the item back in sellable condition barring any manufacturing defects. It cannot be in used condition. Once the item is returned, we will credit your account for the appropriate shipping charges (what it would cost for us to mail it to you). Please keep this in mind when sending any item back. We typically use flat rate shipping. So long as the item is in resalable condition, we will send you a refund or exchange depending on the agreement made prior to you returning the item to us.
If any customer refuses to send an item back or chooses to dispute the transaction with their credit card company, we can no longer remedy the issue, unfortunately. We will make every reasonable effort to get you the correct product as well as provide proof of shipping credit once it's been established that the product is on its way back to us. Please note that we cannot send shipping labels.
If you ordered a custom trike cover and improper measurements were provided that results in additional work to accommodate the size change, it may require a new quote. That quote is solely based on the work needed to accommodate the changes. You would be billed for any additional charges. All shipping charges will be your responsibility. Please note that custom trike covers are not returnable for a refund.
Changes/Cancellations of Orders Before Shipment or While Item Is In Transit
We try to fill and ship orders for ParaOrange merchandise as quickly as possible. As a result, it is difficult for us to modify or cancel an order once you place it. If you have placed an order and you need to modify or cancel it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, calling us or sending us a notice that your order needs to be changed or cancelled does not guarantee that we will be able to honor your request, as the order may have already be in production or in transit. If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us as soon as possible with the details of the order, and we can then confirm if we are able to cancel or modify your order. If we are not able to modify or cancel your order, you can refuse the package at time of delivery, but you will still be responsible for all shipping charges for that merchandise.
